We carry full worker's compensation and liability insurance as required by the State of Kentucky.
John Bodner & Son Inc has been in business for over 65 years, since 1956.
We provide a written proposal to each customer that is signed by John or Bryan Bodner. This document serves as the contract for the work to be completed as well as the payment agreement.
We provide FREE inspections and estimates.
In some cases, you may be able to see the damage from the ground, but many times you will not be able to see the damage. Wind and hail damage can only be seen from the ground if the damage is severe. A roof inspection is the best way to ensure your roof is in good condition.
Placing shingles over your existing roof is permitted by building codes, but doing so will significantly reduce the lifespan of your roof. Once an additional layer of shingles is added, your roof will retain more heat and moisture, which accelerates the deterioration of the shingles. Adding an additional layer of shingles to your roof will also add a large amount of weight to your roof, which could cause the roof to bow between the rafters.
Payment is due immediately upon job completion. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
After a contract has been signed, we will provide approximate start and completion dates. We will do everything in our power to keep to this schedule, but sometimes weather delays are unavoidable.
We use tarps to protect all landscaping.
All debris is removed at the end of every workday and upon final job completion. We use magnets to collect nails from your driveway, yard, and landscaping.
One of the owners, John or Bryan Bodner, will inspect the job site to ensure all work is completed per the agreement.
We provide immediate roofing repairs to your home to avoid further damage. If a new roof is required, we'll provide a written proposal to assist with your insurance claim process.
